Really spectacular food with great chefs who clearly care a lot about what they are doing. When I heard of this place I imagined something along the lines of various charcuterie boards but this was SO much more. Think full meals that come out on boards and are meant to be shared amongst the table. Do not sleep on the Rumba, 10/10 bite. The entirety of the Big Texas board was sublime- some of the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had + a tomahawk steak cooked better than 95% of places in ATX.The drinks were great too and went along well with the various bites of food, you can tell the bartender loves what he does!I live in South Austin and typically don’t trek up to Georgetown for a meal but this place as me reconsidering as it was well worth the hr+ drive. Amazing!

We absolutely loved our first experience dining at Perfect Pair Sips and Boards. The staff was so welcoming and the talented Chef so attentive. The Rumba board and Apple Tart board were outstanding. We can't wait to return soon to try something else on the menu!

Amazing! A gift to Georgetown! We were a party of 6 and there was nothing on the 3 boards we got that we didn’t like! Fantastic service and the food was delicious. Great experience!!

This place is so good! We love finding exceptional food experiences for date night and this place was just perfect! Staff is cool, drinks are strong, food is top notch! We will be back!

This place has a passion project vibe written all over it. The quality of the food is incredible and the staff was so friendly.There are shareable boards for selection of appetizers and of main dishes. Expect to spend about $100/person. This is a place for people who love food and the experience of food.My favorite part of the experience was definitely the pairings of wine with your dishes. We had a mushroom tart and the large Mexican platter, and each of those had a specific white and red wine recommendation.The sav blanc I had with the mushroom tart was one of my favorite, and it really enhanced the flavors and balance of the tart so well.The rosé I had with the platter did the same. There is obviously so much thought put into each of the dishes. Everything was gourmet, flavorful and presented beautifully.My one gripe is that the chef’s table actually gave you no view into the kitchen. I would skip this experience and just grab a dining room table instead or sit and hang out with the super cool bartender.We will definitely be coming back!
